-80°C to +100°C Temperature Platform

The wide stated operating range supports ultra-low-temperature cooling and controlled heating. Heat-transfer fluid selection and achievable loaded performance are confirmed for each temperature band during application review.

15 L Accessible Working Bath

A 200 x 140 mm opening and 200 mm bath depth provide usable space for direct immersion fixtures, laboratory vessels, sensors, data loggers, and controlled material specimens.

Internal or External Circulation

The 13 L/min circulation system supports bath uniformity and compatible external loops. Pump pressure, connection size, hose selection, elevation, and pressure drop are checked against the connected equipment before supply.

PID Control and Safety Protection

PT100 temperature sensing, LCD operation, PID adjustment, over-temperature and over-current protection, audible alarm, and automatic load cut-off support repeatable laboratory operation. RS485 and low-level protection are available as options.

Application-Based Cooling Verification

Lithostek reviews the requested setpoint, heat load, pull-down time, ambient conditions, fluid, and external-loop volume so the quotation can state an appropriate cooling-performance basis instead of relying on minimum temperature alone.

Testing Method

Ultra-low-temperature refrigerated circulating bath selection

LS-UB15 -80°C Ultra-Low Temperature Refrigerated Circulating Bath is selected by matching the required setpoint and heat load with the cooling-capacity curve, temperature stability and uniformity, usable bath dimensions, pump performance, heat-transfer fluid, ambient conditions, pull-down time, and electrical supply. The -80°C minimum should not be treated as loaded cooling performance unless the operating conditions are defined.

Technical FAQ

Can water be used in the LS-UB15 at -80°C?

No. Ultra-low-temperature operation requires a compatible heat-transfer fluid. Fluid selection depends on the target temperature, viscosity, flash point, material compatibility, ventilation, and laboratory safety requirements.

What cooling capacity does the LS-UB15 provide at the required setpoint?

Cooling capacity is confirmed against the requested setpoint, heat load, fluid, ambient temperature, external-loop volume, and desired pull-down time. Include these conditions in the RFQ so the offered configuration can be verified.

Can the LS-UB15 circulate fluid through external equipment?

Yes. It supports internal or external circulation. The application review confirms pump pressure, connection size, hose and insulation selection, elevation, pressure drop, fluid compatibility, and connected equipment volume.

What electrical supply does the LS-UB15 require?

The listed configuration uses 220 V, 50 Hz power with 3.7 kW input. Plug, protection, installation clearance, and destination-market electrical requirements are confirmed before shipment.
