Frequently Asked Questions

A concrete carbonation chamber usually maintains lower CO2 concentration, temperature, and humidity for durability or carbonation-depth testing. A pressurized CO2 mineralization reactor uses higher CO2 concentration plus controlled pressure and temperature for carbon curing, CCU, and accelerated mineral carbonation research.

Typical materials include cement paste, mortar, concrete, recycled concrete aggregate or fines, slag, fly ash, mine residues, and other alkaline solids. Feedstock compatibility, moisture, loading geometry, and the target carbon balance are reviewed before quotation.

Choose 10 L for bench-scale screening, 20 L when active humidity control and larger samples are required, and 120 L for representative batches and pilot-scale validation. Pressure, temperature, utilities, ventilation, and destination-market vessel documentation must also be confirmed.
