Pneumatic Safety Guard System
Equipped with integrated pneumatic holders and real-time pressure monitoring, the system will not initiate the 1400 r/min diamond blade unless safe clamping pressure (0.6-0.8 MPa) is confirmed. Dual-button 'dead-man' start logic ensures hands are clear of the cutting zone at all times.
High-Capacity Symmetrical Cradle
The workstation features adjustable mounting blocks for diverse specimen geometries. It supports automated trimming of large-format slabs up to 400mm width and 150mm thickness, as well as rapid-clamping of φ101.6mm and φ152.4mm Superpave gyratory specimens.
